  • Can I bring children into the casino?

    Minors (individuals that are under the age of 18) may use the Restaurant and Food Service Areas, Promenade Area, Restrooms, and Gift Shop within the gaming facility, provided that they are accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • How do I obtain a copy of my winnings and losses?

    Guests with a Players Club card can stop at Player’s Club or call 877-APACHE-3 to request than their win/loss statement be dropped in the mail or emailed.

  • Does Apache Gold provide wheelchairs?

    A wheelchair is available at the gift shop near to the south entrance. Guest can check out the wheelchair for their own use provided they leave a valid ID with the gift shop personnel.

  • What time are standard check-in and standard check-out?

    Check in time is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM.

  • Can I check in early?

    Yes, we do allow early check in, as long as there is a room available.

  • Do you offer a best rate guarantee?

    Sorry, we do not offer a best rate guarantee.

  • Do I need to provide my credit card information to book a hotel reservation?

    Yes, a credit card is required in order to book and pay for a room, we do not accept cash payments at check-in.

  • What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?

    Rooms must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival date.

  • What is the maximum number of guests per room?

    Maximum of 5 guests for double queen rooms; maximum of 3 guests for King bed rooms.

  • Are children allowed at the hotel?

    Children are allowed with an adult.

  • Are you a pet friendly hotel?

    Sorry but we do not allow pets to stay in the hotel, with the exception of service animals.

  • Does Apache Gold charge non-hotel guests for pool access?

    We do not allow non-hotel guests to utilize the pool.
